To order a device, the first step is to sign up to our waitlist to receive your purchase invitation. Please be sure to also review our eligibility requirements here. With limited production capacity, we are currently prioritizing applications in which hands-free computer interaction is required. For regulatory reasons, we can only serve users within the United States. We look forward to expanding globally and will reach out with updates as soon as we can!
The newest version of the MouthPad^ starts shipping in July 2025. Here ****is an overview of the ordering process from start to finish:
Complete a brief survey to get your spot in line. Feel free to email [email protected] at any time for inquiries about your spot on the waitlist.
Once it is your turn, we will send your unique invitation for you to purchase your device.
To make your MouthPad^, we require a 3D scan of your mouth. See this page for more information on the scanning process.
With your dental scan, we will design and build your custom MouthPad^ and ship it to your home.
We’ll send an email with tracking information that includes a link to our virtual onboarding platform, where you’ll learn to calibrate your device through a series of games and training modules. If you need any support, our team is available for 1:1 assistance — just let us know.
