Use a personal dentist:
We recommend working with your personal dentist for the scan whenever possible. Please explain to your provider that you’ve ordered the MouthPad^, a “smart retainer for tongue-based computer control.” Ask if they have an intraoral 3D scanner, such as the iTero or TRIOS — not an X-ray!

- We have a limited network of partner scan centers. If we have a partner near your address, you should have received their information after placing an order — but, bugs happen! Explore the database below to see if we know of an accessible scanning facility near you:
MouthPad Scanning Centers
- Call dentists in your area! Tell them that you’ve ordered the MouthPad^, a “smart retainer for tongue-based computer control.” Ask if they have an intraoral 3D scanner, such as the iTero or TRIOS — not an X-ray!
- Let the office know if you are interested in becoming a regular patient. Many users are able to schedule a new-patient exam, cleaning, and MouthPad^ scan on the same day.
- The first couple offices you contact may decline due to unfamiliarity with our technology; Third one’s the charm, in many cases!
- If you have trouble finding a dentist with the right machine, try calling orthodontic centers that offer Invisalign — they are likely to have the scanner we need.
- With your preferred office, please share our scanning guide and proceed with final steps here.
