- Get an intraoral 3D scan of your upper mouth (more info below).
- With your scan, we will design and build your custom MouthPad^. (With our current backlog, this may take a few months!)
- Once your device is shipped, we will send an email with tracking info and next steps — including our **MouthPad^ Onboarding Guide** and a link to schedule a follow-up session with our team.
- In our virtual onboarding portal, you’ll learn how to customize your MouthPad^s settings and controls to your preferences through a series of games and training modules.
- If you need any help, our team is always happy to jump on a video call to assist with adjustments and answer any questions you might have.
Scanning Process
After purchasing your MouthPad^, the next step will be to find a dental facility that can take an “intraoral 3D scan” of your mouth. We recommend working with your personal dentist for the scan, if possible. (The scan is not included with your device.) Please visit the MouthPad^ Scanning Portal below for more information:
